Mrs. Frances Virginia Dill Kellett, age 88, of Rome, Georgia, passed away on Sunday, August 17, 2025.

Frances was born in Rome, Georgia, on September 11, 1936, daughter of the late Otis C. Dill and the late Sarah Frances Broach Dill. She was also preceded in death by her husband, W. B. (Jack) Kellett, sister, Yvonne Dill, brother, Don Dill. Frances attended Neely High School where she was a member of the drum & bugle corps. She was a lifetime resident of the Armuchee community and longtime member of New Armuchee Baptist Church. Frances worked at Berry College until her retirement. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend; she will be missed by all of her family and friends.

Survivors include her sons, Gary Kellett (Marcia) and Greg Kellett; grandson, Tommy Kellett (Katie); great-grandchildren, Jack & Eva Kate Kellett; sister, Glenda Cope (Danny); brothers, Glen Dill (Ann), David Dill (Brenda), and Johnny Dill and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held at 12:00pm on Friday, August 22, 2025, at New Armuchee Baptist Church with Dr. David Howard officiating. Interment will follow in New Armuchee Baptist Church Cemetery.

The family will receive friends at New Armuchee Baptist Church on Friday, August 22, 2025, from 11:00am until 11:45am.

Active pallbearers include: Tommy Kellett, Glenn Dill, David Dill, Ken Griffith, John Dill, and John Norris.

The family would like to thank Tapestry Hospice for the excellent care that was given to Frances.
