Frances Alford Leyenberger, age 68, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, April 30, 2024 at her home in Yardley, PA. Born in Newport, RI, Frances lived in Dallas, TX before moving to Yardley.
Fran was an accomplished ceramic artist, a loving mother, a dedicated volunteer and loyal friend. She was a member of the Artists of Yardley and a member of the DeBlois Gallery in Middletown, RI. Fran also enjoyed spending summers at her home in Newport, RI.
She is predeceased by her husband Chris Leyenberger, and survived by her three children, four grandchildren, partner Bruce Blank, her four siblings and a network of amazing family and friends.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, May 11th, 2024 at 11:00 am at St. Andrew's Episcopal Church located at 54 W. Afton Ave., Yardley, PA 19067. Visitation with the family will begin at the church on Saturday at 9:45 am. In lieu of flowers, please consider making a memorial contribution to Artists of Yardley or DeBlois Gallery in Middletown, RI.
