Frances dedicated much of her professional life to serving as a clerk with the Hinds County Tax Collector's office. Her commitment to her work was matched by her devotion to her family, who were the center of her world. She cherished every moment spent with her grandchildren and great grandchild, creating lasting memories that her family will hold dear.
Frances was a proud graduate of the Old Byram High School. She spent the majority of her life in the Byram and South Jackson areas. She then moved to Sunnybrook in Madison, where she made many new friends. She poured her love into her garden, which was a source of pride and joy. Her passion for gardening reflected her nurturing spirit, and she often found solace in tending to her yard. Additionally, she had a zest for life that included shopping trips, always ready to embrace new adventures.
