Frances Elizabeth Smith Miller, 83, of Concord, passed away, Saturday, December 20, 2025 at the Kiser Hospice House, Salisbury.
Memorial service will be announced at a later date.
Mrs. Miller was born February 22, 1942 in Cabarrus County, daughter of the late John A. Smith and Ruby Goodman Smith.
She was a member of Cold Water Lutheran Church and graduated from Mount Pleasant High School. She was retired from Cannon Mills where she worked as an inspector. She enjoyed cooking, reading, working puzzles and spending time with her grandchildren.
She is survived by her husband of 62 years, Everett Miller; daughters, Donna Miller and Deborah Miller King (Charles); grandchildren Katherine Griffin, Derrick Griffin, Nicholas Cox (Michaela), Matt King (Whitney), David King (Sheila), Reagan Booker and Eleanor; great grandchildren, Aubrey Morgan and Kelsey Cox.
The family would like to extend a special thanks to the staff at the Kiser Hospice House, Salisbury and The Meadows of Rockwell.
