Frances Nowak Obituary
On March 18, 1936, Frances was born to Francis and Katherine (Roddy) Thompson in Chicago, Illinois. She graduated from high school. Frances married the love of her life, Donald R. Nowak Sr., on September 14, 1954, at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church. She worked many different jobs over the years, but the last was at Walmart as a manager. She really like playing games on her computer, and loved saying her prayers, with special dedication to the Holy Rosary.
Frances is survived by her loving family: Debra (Huey) Gould, Barbara (Kenneth) Skowronski, and Don (DeeAnn) Nowak, 8 grandchildren, many great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren.
Frances was preceded in death by: her husband: Donald Sr., daughter: Michele Nowak, her parents: Francis & Katherine, and 8 siblings.
Mass of Christian Burial will take place at 12:00 p.m. (noon) on Tuesday, May 30, 2023, at Sorrowful Mother Catholic Church, with Father Paul Cochran officiating.
Interment will follow at the Sorrowful Mother Catholic Church Cemetery.
