Frances Virginia Parker,88, of Montezuma GA, passed away on Friday, November 14, 2025, at Phoebe Sumter Medical Center in Americus, Georgia. The family will have a private service at Live Oak Cemetery on November 29, 2025 at 2 PM.
Frances was born on November 24, 1936, in Newton, GA to the late James Ross and Frances Carlisle Norman. She dedicated her life to her family, creating a warm and loving environment for her children and all who entered her home.
She is survived by her children: Ronald "Jacky" Parker, Arthur Dale Parker and Brenda Darlene Parker, 2 sisters, Patricia Cook and Dorothy Olene Curtis, 8 grandchildren and several great grandchildren.
In addition to her parents Frances was preceded in death by her husband, Arthur Hilsman (Jack) Parker, daughters: Rhonda Sue Parker and Frances Virginia (Ginny) Parker, sons: James Hilsman (Bimbo) Parker and Ferlin Eugene (Husky) Parker, sister Lily Faye McCook, grandchildren: Jason Parker and Lance Bishop.
