Mrs. Frances Mae Passmore Perkins was born in San Antonio, TX to the late, Rev. Algie and Florence Passmore, July 23, 1948.
Frances accepted Christ as her Lord and Savior at an early age.
Frances was a member of Tree Mount Temple Baptist Church under the leadership of her father, the late Rev. Algie Passmore and the late, Rev. Aristide Brown, Sr. Later she joined Coliseum Park Baptist Church.
Frances joined Coliseum Park Baptist Church under the leadership of Rev. LaCarlton Stephens. She was a faithful member until her health failed.
Preceding her in death is her parents, Rev. Algie Passmore and Florence Passmore, brother, Algie L. Passmore.
Frances is survived by her children, daughters, Pamela Parham (Edward) Dallas, TX, Stephanie Lee Bean (Ricky), Denise Perkins, San Antonio, TX; sons, Fred Parham III, San Antonio, Willie Parham, Dallas, TX; sisters, Ada Arch, Joycelyn Woods, Jacklyn Williams and Janet Brooks (Alex) San Antonio, TX; brothers, Ronald Passmore, Donald Passmore, John D. Passmore, San Antonio, TX; 7 grandchildren, 6 great-grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews and cousins.
