Donna Sue Perkins, age 68 of Boonville, passed away at Lakeview Healthcare & Rehab on October 13, 2025.
A visitation will be held from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. on Friday, October 17, 2025, at Firm Foundation Foursquare Church with a funeral service to be held at 10:00 a.m. at the church. Interment will follow at Memorial Garden Cemetery in Boonville.
Memorial contributions are suggested to the Firm Foundation Foursquare Church Building Fund, 1000 6th Street, Boonville, Missouri 65233.
Donna was born on April 12, 1957, in Jefferson City, Missouri, the daughter of Norman and Bonnie (Cummings) Clarke.
Donna was raised in Boonville and graduated from Boonville High School. She loved to sing karaoke, cook and play cards.
Donna is survived by her four daughters: Melissa Batten (Gary Appleberry) of Boonville, Kimberly Perkins (John Hinkle) of Boonville, Kathleen Perkins (Jennifer) of Sparta, Illinois, Michelle Simmons (Brad) of Boonville; grandchildren: Kira Phelps, Lucy, Hunter and Klayton Simmons; siblings: Kenny Clarke (Sue), Wayne Clarke (Ronda), all of Boonville, Sherry Redden of Texas, Doug Clarke of Boonville, and Tracy Romig (Bob) of Texas. She was preceded in death by her parents.
