FRANCES MARY PINK
Frances M. Pink, 75, of Cass City; formerly of Sterling Heights, passed away Friday, July 4, 2025 in Covenant Healthcare, Copper Campus of Saginaw. Frances was born April 26, 1950 in Detroit to Jerome and Mary Frances (Kahlin) Beck. She married Nicholas Thomas Pink on June 4, 1971 in Detroit.
Frances graduated from Detroit’s St. Cyril High School in 1968. Together, she and Nick lived for a short time just south of Fairbanks, Alaska. As a member of the military, he was stationed there and she was able to join him. They moved to Sterling Heights for some time where Frances worked at a Catholic school in Clawson. She and Nicholas eventually settled in the Cass City area, where they enjoyed a slower, peaceful pace. Frances created arts and crafts of all types and was especially fond of painting gourds. She loved spending every moment she could with her beloved grandchildren.
Frances is survived by her husband, Nicholas; daughter, Nikole (John) Kurzawa of Macomb Twp.; son, Erik (Robyn) Pink of Ionia; grandchildren: Katelynn Kurzawa and Johnathan Kurzawa; her sister, Sharon Loeffler of Royal Oak. She is preceded in death by her parents; sister, Judy Skretner.
Respecting the wishes of her family, no services are planned at this time. Inurnment will be in Great Lakes National Cemetery, Holly.
