Frances G. Rendon, beloved wife, mother and grandmother passed away July 26,2025 at HCA Mainland. She touched many lives with her kindness, strength and love. Born on November 20, 1948 to Tony and Petra Gutierrez. She was #8 out of ten. She made many lifelong friends growing up in Freddiesville, TX. She was a devoted wife to Nick for 56 years. A loving mother for 54 years and the best grandmother for 34 years. She loved many and left a lasting impression on all of us. Frances loved to go crabbing, playing Yahtzee and Pacman on Nintendo 64 with her husband. She loved to do puzzles and word searches. She absolutely loved the Houston Rockets, she was a huge fan. Mostly, she loved her family and loved spending time with them. She is survived by her husband Nick Rendon Jr. Her sister Viatris (Martin) Alvarez. Daughters Renee (Doug) Cocklin, Racquel Rendon, and son Nicholas (Jessica) Rendon. Grandchildren Megan Cocklin (Lane), Nicole Cocklin (Amelia), Peyton and Kason Manis, Jr. DeLeon (Arely), Melissa DeLeon (Johnny) and Alexandra DeLeon (Garritt) and Great Grandchildren Ayla Flores, Amelia, Avery and Raelynn. Her love and legacy will live on in the hearts of all who knew her.
