Frances Jeanette Rodriguez, 82, of Russellville, passed away on November 1, 2024. Born in Jefferson City, Missouri, she was the beloved daughter of Charles and Frances (Cooley) Abbott.
Frances married the love of her life, Filiberto Rodriguez, on February 27, 1970. Together, they created a warm and loving home filled with joy and laughter. Known for her incredible talent in flower arranging, Frances brought beauty and color into the lives of those around her, a testament to her creative spirit and nurturing nature.
In her professional life, Frances worked for three years with Prime in the trucking industry and also owned JR Cleaners in San Antonio, Texas, where she built lasting relationships with her customers and contributed to her community.
As a devoted homemaker, Frances cherished her family above all, providing unwavering support and love to her husband, children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She will be remembered for her kindness, warmth, and the countless ways she touched the lives of those in her community.
Frances is survived by her loving husband, Filiberto; her children, William Michael Dooling (Stacy) of Holts Summit, Jerry Allan Dooling (Linda) of Lohman, Douglas Dale Rodriguez of New Bloomfield, and Filiberto Rodriguez Jr. of Antonio Texas; her siblings, Rogert Abbott of Osage City, Betty Volmert (Tom) of Jefferson City, and Mary Delores Nixon of Holts Summit; her grandchildren, Dalton Rodriguez, Bill Dooling, Jerry Dooling, Alana Dooling, Amanda Dooling, Christina Dooling, and Beto A. Rodriguez; and a few great-grandchildren
She was also preceded in death by her parents and her siblings, Sonny Abbott, Ronald Abbott, Terry Abbott, and Doris Hodges.
In accordance with her wishes, there will be no formal service. A celebration of her life will be held informally by family and friends at a later date, where they can gather to share memories and honor her legacy.
