I was so saddened to hear about Fran. Jacqee I am so sorry for your loss. Fran was a force for good, loved to laugh, and was dedicated to making our world a better place. Not afraid of hard work, she was always on point and willing to lend a hand. In her work with social causes she worked to give people a voice who might not of had one. She was a force who was not one to back down. I always admired that.

I still remember her laugh and the caring she had for everyone around her. She was a very special lady and loved you all so fiercely!

Fran and I met at DST Systems, where we served on the DST Arts Council under Joan Horan. The Arts Council produced the DST Arts Festival and other artistic events throughout the year. She, Jacqee and I more recently connected through Westport Center for the Arts where they produced amazing theatrical productions. Seeing them felt like seeing family. Her passion for social justice was one of the many things I admired in her. Sending my love to Jacquee.

Fran was a wonderful friend, always cheerful. We loved her family, and dog, Scout. We were able to spend more time together over this summer. We will treasure these memories. We will miss her very much.
