During her time in the health care profession as a registered nurse, Frankie devoted many hours to caring and serving people. Her love was her family, especially her granddaughter, Sparrow. She enjoyed watching Lonesome Dove and there was never an animal she did not love or care for.
Left to cherish her memory is her daughter, Sarah Westall of Burnsville; and son, Bobby James of Hendersonville; granddaughter, Sparrow Westall of Burnsville; sister, Nancy Carter of Florida and brothers: Bobby Seals of Mississippi and Jimmy Seals (Susan) of Florida; and former husband, Ralph Westall of Burnsville.
A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
