Frances Elizabeth Zuchowski, beloved sister-in-law, aunt, and friend, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, April 15th, 2025, in Aiken, South Carolina, at the age of 83. Born on Sunday, July 27th, 1941, in Cleveland, Ohio, Frances led a life marked by devotion to family and a passionate commitment to her work and community.
Frances spent her career in EMS management, where she dedicated herself to the health and safety of others. Her professional life was characterized by leadership, compassion, and an unwavering commitment to service, leaving a lasting impact on those she worked with. She was a parishioner at St. Mary Help of Catholic Church.
Frances was preceded in death by her parents, Thomas and Frances Hamill Marria, and her beloved husband, Dennis John Zuchowski, with whom she shared 55 beautiful years of marriage. Their love and partnership were a testament to enduring commitment and mutual support.
Frances's memory will forever be cherished by her surviving family members, including her brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Tom Martin and Georgie of Strongsville, OH; her nieces, Kelley Lowbridge (Jason) of Olmstead Township, OH, and Tracy Dye (Brian) of Strongsville, OH. She also leaves behind her great-nieces, Lauren Walcutt (Jason), Morgan Dye, and her great-nephew, Zach Dye, as well as her great-grand-nephews, Jaxon and Braxton Walcutt.
Frances's family and friends will always remember her as a loving, generous, and joyful presence in their lives. She possessed a warmth that touched everyone she met and left a legacy of kindness and goodwill.
Mrs. Zuchowski will be interred next to her husband in the Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery, 10175 Rawiga Road, Seville, Oh 44273 on June 30, 2025, at 2:25pm.
