I worked with Dickie at the Inquirer, he was a good man to joke around with. No matter how much I tried I just couldn't get under his skin. I will always remember him as long as I live because I will never find someone who I could clown around with like him. Well Dick Rest my man and what ever you do don't try to paint those pearly gates. RIP

You were a very nice man always smiling and always with a wave when you came to see your Mother-in-law, Nettie. I'm sure you will be missed by family and friends.

Mr. Branton was a true man and great provider. I remember when I was 8-9 yrs old Keith and I would be wild and crazy playing his Chuck Berry records at 5 am but he never scolded us because he knew how kids are. He would cook us breakfast instead and still smile. He always had a smile on his face always. Even when painting on the weekends and coming come with dried up paint al over his hands and body.
He was a great man, someone to look up to . He will always be missed!

Gary and I are both sorry for your loss. Katie has shared many things about him with us and how well he treated her. She will miss him very much. We are keeping The Branton Family in our thoughts and prayers. May God bless you. May he rest in peace.

I've only had the privilege to know Dick for (5) years. Even though our relationship was supposed to be business, we quickly became friends and knew many things about each others family. I'll miss the conversations, the coffee, the Eagles talk and especially his laughter. Life took Dick much too soon from the love of his life Adeline and the rest of us that loved him.
