Francis Mae Dean in Reynolds, Georgia to the parents of Fonsy Dean and Pansy Mae Dean she grew up in Macon County and attended the public schools.
In her young adult life Francis would hind her nich in life she was always drawn to the domestic side of things. She was devoted housekeeper. Over the years she developed a passion and was good at it rightfully so. Francis served in many private homes as a housekeeper.
Francis loved the lord and church, she would find solace in the sanctuary as a door keeper. She served for years as an usher at the Bethesda Baptist Church under the leadership of Rev Alvin Turner, it was under his leadership that Francis thrived and grew as a Christian
