Francis Joseph “Joey” McKenna, IV, 44, passed away at his residence on August 7,2024. Joey was funny, stubborn, hard headed, driven, and charming….very charming. How many men can have so many exes that still love and care about him??? I’d say not many. He was one of a kind.
His coworkers and employees said they “all adored him”. His friends were always friends for life. He did everything BIG. He lived big, he played big and he especially loved BIG. If he ever loved you, you know what I mean. It left a mark.
Most of all, he loved his daughter, his mini me, Kaleigh. He said, he didn’t know how she could look so much like him and turn out so beautiful anyway. Sounds pretty modest, but actually he thought himself “pretty hot for an old guy” or so he told us. Joeys humor, charm and love for life will be missed by everyone who knew and loved him forever.
He was born in Heidelberg, Germany on January 11, 1980. He is preceded in death by his grandparents, and an aunt. Mary Evelyn McKenna
Joey loved to travel, he was a body builder, a fashion diva, and a Cowboys fan. He loved his dogs BoBo and Brixx. Most of all he loved his family and spending time making many happy memories with them to be cherished forever. He worked at Allbirds, as a Regional Manager.
Joey is survived by his beloved daughter, Kaleigh McKenna (mother of Kaleigh, Christy Branch and her family); his mother, Cynthia Lou Baird McKenna, his father, Francis Joseph McKenna, III and wife, Linda; his sister, Kristina Elizabeth Wyatt and her girls, Amanda and Autumn; his aunt Judy Baird and her son, Steven Baird his girlfriend, Tiffany Fish; 6 step brothers and sisters; his Texas family and many wonderful friends
