In loving memory of Francisca (Francis) Dela Cruz Ochoa, age 86, passed away peacefully on October 24, 2025. Born in Liberty Hill, Texas, and raised in Georgetown, Texas Francis spent her life surrounded by the love of family and friends.

She is now reunited in heaven with her beloved husband, Pedro Ochoa Sr., and her devoted parents, Carmelo Dela Cruz and Angelita Dela Cruz.

Francis is survived by her loving children: Pete Ochoa Jr. and wife Cindy Ochoa; Jessie Ochoa and wife Angie Ochoa; Gilbert Ochoa and wife Gloria Ochoa; Danny Ochoa and wife Ruby Ochoa; Emily Ochoa Mock and husband Clint Mock; and Billy James Ochoa and wife Kristy Ochoa.

She is also survived by her cherished grandchildren: Erica, Isaac, Fabian, Jessie James, Monica, Kristen, Raymond, Randy, Adrian, Danny Jr., Jessica, Stephanie, Danielle, Amber, Carmen, Ruben, Miranda, Mariah, Gabrielle, Peter, Dakota, Cierra, Kaleb, Logan, Brody, Elayna, and Jackson.

Her love continues through her great-grandchildren: Marina, Gilbert Jr., Eric, Amie, Elizabeth, Juvenal, Julian, Roman, Izabella, Annalise, Isaac Jr., Carlitos, Jessie James Jr., Daniel, Adrianna, Desni, Olivia, Hope, Justus, Ronin, Mason, Domanic, Junior, Annabella, Isaiah, Madison, Amelia, Jazlyn, Jayden, Aiyana, Brijonae, Anaya, Chloe, Kiara, Maisie, Eralyn, Esli and one great grandchild on the way.

Francis was also blessed to know and love her great-great-grandchildren: Dre, Leo, Elianna, Levi, Angel, Izayah, Kino, Zoel, Zyla, Koa Lita, Melina, Marleigh, Indigo, Luka, Elias, Luvina, and one great-great-grandchild on the way.

She is survived as well by her brother Pete Dela Cruz and sister in law Ofelia Dela Cruz, who will continue to cherish her memory. Francis lived a life filled with love, laughter, and faith.

She was talented and found joy in sewing and cooking. She enjoyed spending time with her family, and sharing a good laugh. She was best known for her amazing tamales and enchiladas, her love for the color lilac, and her devotion to her church family. Her faith in God was strong and she loved her husband, Pedro, the love of her life.

Her fun personality and contagious laugh made every gathering brighter. Her family loved to tease her, and one of her most memorable phrases when Grandpa would joke with her was, "Ay, Pedro!" She always carried herself with elegance and confidence - rarely seen without her lipstick, dressed with style next to her handsome husband. She enjoyed her music while cleaning and loved to dance in her stilettos in her younger years.

Francis will be remembered for her strength, kindness, and unwavering love for her family. Her legacy of faith, laughter, and grace will continue to live on through the many generations she inspired and loved.

"Forever in our hearts."

If Roses Grow In Heaven

If roses grow in Heaven Lord, please pick a bunch for me.

Place them in my Mother's arms and tell her they're from me.

Tell her that I love and miss her, and when she turns to smile,

Place a kiss upon her cheek and hold her for awhile.

Because remembering her is easy,

I do it everyday,

But there's an ache within my heart

That will never go away.
