Francisco Arevalo Obituary

Published by Funeraria del Angel Roy Akers from Aug. 17 to Aug. 30, 2021.
Francisco Xavier Arevalo, better known as Cisco or Frank, was born on January 24, 1954 to Johnny and Guadalupe Arevalo in San Antonio, Texas. Frank was extremely proud to be born and raised in San Antonio and loved sharing his historical knowledge of his beloved city.

Coming from humble beginnings, Frank joined the Army at a young age to service his country by driving a tank with the 8th Infantry ""Crazy 8"". His most important and greatest accomplishment was the love he shared with his family. He was so proud of each and every one of his children and grandchildren. For many years he serviced the City of Saint Hedwig as a Councilman. Frank was the type of man that would selflessly help others in their time of need and was typically one of the first to volunteer when needed. His proudest accomplishment of was the creation and legacy of his company, Quality Services International, LLC and The Arevalo Alamo Building.

One of his greatest joys in life was riding his motorcycles. With his music in his ears, the wind in his hair, and JC by his side, there was always an adventure ahead. Each year he would ride to Washington D.C. to honor and pay tribute to his brothers on ""The Wall"" and rally with them at Rolling Thunder. Frank loved to share in the excitement of sports and loved to cheer on his favorite teams; the Houston Texans and the San Antonio Spurs.

Frank was truly blessed, as we have been blessed to have known him and to have been loved by him. Frank was born on January 24, 1954 and departed this life on August 9, 2021, at the age of 67. He was surrounded by those he loved, with his wife Wendy by his side. He is reunited in Heaven with his parents, Johnny and Guadalupe; his siblings, John, David, and Guadalupe Oralia. He was loved and will be deeply missed by his wife, Wendy; his children Frank ""Cico"", Lisa Ann, Tyler, Sydney, Peyton and Dylan. He is blessed to have had seven grandchildren to shine his light down upon; Christopher, Madison Jane, Olivea, Benjamin, Francesca ""Frankie"", Lucy and Pearl. Frank is survived by his brothers Manuel and Frank, will be deeply missed by his numerous nieces and nephews, and forever be held in the hearts of his QSI Family.
