Francisco Elias Arias, age 73, passed away on February 2, 2026. He was born on November 9, 1952, in Barranquilla, Colombia, to his loving parents, the late Victor Modesto Arias and Elena Torres.
Francisco was the beloved husband of Carmen Elenea Arias; devoted father of Lisseth Arias, Carlos Becerra, and Paola Becerra; and cherished grandfather of Logan Velasco and Gabriela Velasco. He was a dear brother of Olga Tres Palacios. He also leaves behind many loved ones of the Tres Palacios, Collazos, Monsetra, and Cantillo families.
Francisco will be remembered for the joy he found in life’s simple pleasures, especially football (soccer), dancing, sports, cooking, movies, and music. He loved sharing these interests with those around him, and his presence will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.
