Francisco Grullon Obituary
Born in the Dominican Republic, he was a son of the late Domingo Grullon and Lydia Payero.
A self employed electrician, Javier loved to work on electronics including TVs. He loved his family and especially enjoyed cooking for them. He enjoyed classical music, baseball and food.
He is survived by five children: Esmirna Grullon, Santiago, DR; Jairo (Jasmine) Grullon, with whom he resided; Joel (Beatriz) Grullon, Santiago, DR; Isael (Evelyn) Grullon, Laureldale; and Eliana Espinal Contreras, Bronx, NY; siblings: Sidenia, Henry, Juana, Radames, Carmen, and Gilberto Grullon; 11 grandchildren: Karen Tavarez, Susan Tavarez, Isaac Grullon, Steven Grullon, Aylin Grullon, Joel Grullon, Christopher Grullon, Eric Grullon, Stacey Grullon, Lynel Grullon and Francisco Contreras; and two great grandchildren, Thairen Rodriguez and Liam Dominguez.
A viewing will be held on Friday, December 29, 2023, from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. with a prayer service to begin at 1 p.m. at Kuhn Funeral Home & Crematory, Inc., Temple. Burial will follow at Gethsemane Cemetery. Condolences may be expressed at www.kuhnfuneralhomes.com.
