It is with profound sadness that I share the passing of my beloved father, Rev. Francisco Pacheco, from Newark, NJ who passed away on August 6, 2024 at the age of 66. Surrounded by his loving family and friends in his final moments, he was a man of immense humor and wisdom, cherishing every moment spent with his loved ones. His passion for helping others and his unwavering spirit will forever be remembered".
Rev. Francisco is survived by his wife of 47 years, Petra, his three daughters Gabriela, Maggie and Frances and son Pablo. His grandkids Israel, Josue, Jessenia, Jailyn, Jeremiah, Frankie, Kevin, Genexis, Savannah, Lily, Arianna, Celine and Camila. He also is survived by four great grandchildren Isaiah, Jeremy, Anaylah and Elijah.
Rev. Francisco Pacheco served his community for over 40 years as a Reverend and a Chaplain in the city of Newark, NJ, in his younger years he served as a correctional officer for Essex County and this is where his love grew bigger in serving his community.
As he got older his love never strayed in helping others in their needs, no matter how his health was he always made an effort to be there for everyone who needed his guidance.
Above all else Rev. Francisco was a great Husband, Father, Grandfather and Pastor. He always made sure his family, friends and congregation were taken care of no matter what condition he was in, he always put everyone else first.
He fought a long battle with his illness, all the while still thanking God for blessing him!
Relatives and friends are invited to a visitation from 4pm to 8pm on Monday, August 12th and 11am on Tuesday, August 13th at the O'Boyle Funeral Home, 309 Broad Street, Bloomfield. Rev. Francisco will be laid to rest with his son Francisco Jr. at Holy Cross Cemetary, North Arlington on Tuesday, August 13th.
