Francisco had been employed as a Water Technician at Whitlock in Wharton NJ for over 15 years. He enjoyed watching judge shows, traveling, fishing, eating out, spending time with his grandchildren and could always be seen wearing one of his many hats.
He is survived by his loving wife, Josefina San Lucas; three daughters: Jennifer Krakowiak, Elsa San Lucas, and Cindy San Lucas; three granddaughters, Francesca San Lucas, Kymberley Mercedes Downey, Khiara Mychele Downey and Lexi Marie Krakowiak and one grandson, Xavier Francisco Washington.
Visitation will be on Wednesday, July 26, 2023 from 9:00 to 10:30 AM at Whitham Kanapaux Funeral Home, 20 Keller Ave, Rockaway, NJ. A Liturgy of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Wednesday, July 26, 2023 at 11:00 AM at St. Cecilia Church, 70 Church St. Rockaway. Interment will follow at St.Cecilia Cemetery in Rockaway.
