I had the pleasure to meet Frankie through very close neighbors of his, Lorraine and Angel. Frankie was the neighbor and friend that everyone wishes they had, because of his kind ways. He came over next door where I was visiting, and cut down a few branches; I thought to myself "I wish I had a neighbor as cool as him." LOL Sending my sincerest condolences to his wife, Delores and his son Josh. God bless you and be with you during this time.

Frankie was a bright light! The 1st time I met him he was working in his yard. My Son bought a house next door. We talked and talked. He was beyond friendly and kind to everyone. I told my Son he was very lucky to have such a cool neighbor. Frankie was a very "cool" guy. I was shocked the day he passed and I send my condolences to all who knew and loved him. I will be there to pay my respects.

Frankie, you were an amazing person who walked this earth and is now resting in heaven. Not a day passes that our family doesn't miss you. You always went out of your way to be present and happy with the people around you. You were an incredible Christian, husband, father, brother, friend, and neighbor. You always helped everyone around you without anyone having to ask. My kids loved you like their own uncle. Sending our prayers to Deloris and Josh during this hard time. From Lorraine, Angel, Gabriel and Livy. Rest in peace my dear friend.

Frank was such a treasure for Parks and Recreation. What a joy to be around. His work ethic was exceptional. We were so blessed to have him on the Parks and Recreation team.
I feel very fortunate to have known him.
Prayers to his family and friends. Rest in peace my brother.
