FRANK BORAH

BYRON – Bernard Frank Borah passed away peacefully on Monday, September 8, 2025, after an extended illness. He was 78. Private Graveside Services will be held in Oaklawn Cemetery in Fort Valley. Friends may visit on Thursday, September 18, 2025, from 10:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. at Watson-Hunt Funeral Home in Perry. In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully requests memorial contributions to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude’s Place, Memphis, TN 38105. Frank was preceded in death by his parents, Barbanelle and Katherine Brooks Borah; his brother, Bruce Borah; and a devoted friend, Pat Canion. Left to cherish the memories they made with Frank are his loving and devoted wife of thirty-eight years, Gayle Kersey Borah; his son, Brandon Borah; his daughter, Kelli Sikes (Jason); his devoted friend who has been by his side, helping him for thirty-eight years, Clifford Turner; his siblings, Barbara Affourtit, Kathy Swann (David), Bambi Cantello (Robert), and Ken Borah (Nancy); many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews; and his beloved cats, Speedy and Oreo.
