The Past Right Eminent Commander of the Grand Commander Knights Templar of Nebraska in 2017 and was the past Illustrious Master of the Grand Council of Cryptic Masons of Nebraska in 2023.
Frank was preceded in death by his parents, Frank Sr. and Elva, his sister Ilene Bartels and her husband Arthur, an infant sister, and his sister-in-law Marilyn Bast.
He is lovingly remembered by his wife Sandra; sons Jonathan (Katie) of Boerne, Texas, and Eric (Heidi) of Lincoln, Nebraska; grandson Brody; and two foster grandchildren. He also leaves behind his brother-in-law Roger Bast (Leslie) of Lincoln, Nebraska; many nieces, nephews, and extended family; and his cherished feline companions-TJ, Tripod, and Sylvester.
