77, of Cranston, passed away surrounded by those who loved him, on Friday, December 12, 2025, at Greenwood Center, Warwick. Born in Providence, he was the son of the late Frank Briganti Sr., and Agnes (Casale) Briganti.
In his earlier years, he proudly served as a Drill Sergeant in the Army Reserves, a role that perfectly matched his strength, presence, and unmistakable command. He was a skilled plasterer of drywall, dedicating many years to his craft before retiring.
Frank was not only defined by his work; he was a man of great joy and laughter. Known for his huge sense of humor and big personality, he had a voice that could fill any room—something that became a signature part of his identity. He enjoyed engaging in a variety of hobbies, including playing and coaching softball, bowling, and taking trips to the casino. One of his favorite pastimes was traveling to Cancun with his longtime partner, Michelle. Frank also found joy in playing cards, creating countless memories with friends and family over the game.
He leaves behind his longtime partner, Michelle Petit of Cranston, and his daughters, Stefanie Briganti and her fiancée Brandon Satchell and Nicole Burns and her husband Joseph. Cherished grandfather of Jameson and Jake Burns. He was the brother of the late Linda Vincent.
Visiting hours will be held on Sunday, December 21, from 3:00-5:00 p.m., followed by a funeral service at 5:00 p.m., from the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME & Crematory, 1278 Park Avenue, Cranston.
