Frank Otto Colle, a lifelong resident of Oakville, Texas went to join his heavenly father on Saturday, February 15, 2025. He was 86.
Frank was born October 7, 1938, in San Antonio, Texas to Lucille (Troell) Colle and Ernest Frank Colle. He married Henrietta Williams in George West, Texas on March 23, 1962. He was employed as an oilfield worker and a truck driver for F&H Water Services, in which he enjoyed working with his family. He was a faithful member of St. Paul Lutheran Church in George West, Texas.
He was preceded in death by his loving wife, Henrietta Colle; his parents, Lucille and Ernest Colle; a daughter, Debbie Trbula; a son, Donald Spears; and a grandson, Steven Trbula.
Left behind to cherish fond memories are his daughter, Vickie (Cole) McClendon of Ray Point; four sons, Robert “Bubba” Spears of Oakville, Travis (Laura) Colle of Oakville, Clint (Tessie) Colle of Alice and Ernie (Jolene) Colle of Oakville; two sisters, Ann Coquat of Louisiana and Carol Swisher of Alice; and numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews whom he was very fond of.
Pallbearers will be Tyrel McClendon, Preston Colle, Waylon Colle, Aaron Colle, Charlie Spears and Robbie Spears.
Honorary pallbearers will be Cole McClendon, Cody Chambers, Julian Jimenez, Carol Swisher, Ann Coquat, Harlyn Goebel, Luke Goebel, Mason Spears and Dustin Spears.
Visitation will be held from 5 to 7 p.m. Wednesday, February 19, at Galloway & Sons Funeral Home in Three Rivers.
A graveside service will be conducted at 11 a.m. Thursday, February 20, in the Oakville Cemetery where he will be laid to rest beside his beloved wife.
