Frank was born on October 20, 1935 in New York City, NY. He worked as a letter carrier for the Murray Hill Post Office. Surviving are his wife Joan Cuni; son John Cuni; daughter Joan Rodriguez and her husband Angel; sister Caroline Viola; and grandson Angelo.
A funeral mass will be held on Saturday, December 10th at 10:30 AM at St. Luke's RC Church, 1674 Old Freehold Rd., Toms River. Cremation will be private.
