Frank Walton Eastland, 78, of Roswell, Georgia, passed away peacefully on September 29, 2025. Born on April 30, 1947, in Las Vegas, New Mexico, to Robert Walton (Walt) Eastland II and Betty Ruth Eastland (née Lilly), Frank grew up as the eldest of three, the protective and prank-loving big brother to sisters Deb and Pam.

His childhood unfolded in Melrose, New Mexico, where he was a member of Boy Scouts of America, Future Farmers of America enjoyed participating and helping in the annual harvest, until his junior year when the family moved to Santa Rosa, New Mexico. He graduated from Santa Rosa High School in 1965 as a member of the Honors Society.Frank went on to study Finance at New Mexico State University, while also engaging in the ROTC program. After graduating, he moved and lived in Belen, Farmington, and Albuquerque, New Mexico.

He made a move out of NM and landed in Austin, Texas, before settling in Roswell, Georgia. On April 12, 2003, he married Bernadette Kathleen Geraghty, his partner in life's adventures. A passionate cyclist, Frank advocated for safer roads in Atlanta and helped bring a prestigious Italian race to Roswell. He co-founded a publishing company with his daughter, Raeghan, and, as an animal lover, rescued his dog Blue while caring for his mother, Betty, and shared his home with his jealous parrot, Alberto.

Frank is survived by his wife, Bernadette; children Walt (Amy Benson) of Albuquerque, NM, Raeghan (Charles Rebstock) of Pilot Point, TX; step children Kelly (Taina Hilton-Green) of Stuart, FL, Bridget (Richard Garrard) of East Malling, England, and Christopher (Rachel Alberts) of Fayetteville, GA; grandchildren Orion, Soren, Alana, Marek, Olivia, Alaina, Alice, Selah, and Adele; and sisters Deb of Oklahoma City, OK, and Pam of Dallas, TX. He was preceded in death by his parents, Walt (2008) and Betty (2018).

A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, October 18, 2025, at Mount Pisgah Church, 2850 Old Alabama Rd, Johns Creek, GA 30022. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Georgia Transplant Foundation in Frank's memory.

His mischievous grin and sweet heart will live on in every prank, pedal, and page he inspired.
