Frank Gimbrone, Jr. Obituary
Frank Joseph Gimbrone, Jr., 81, long time resident Eatontown, New Jersey, passed away on March 17, 2024. He was born on June 20, 1942, in Paterson, NJ.
Frank proudly served in the U.S. Navy for 4 years. Following his military service, he pursued a career as a computer specialist for the U.S. Army at CECOM, Fort Monmouth, NJ.
He was a parishioner of St. Dorothea's Roman Catholic Church. Frank was an avid golfer, enjoyed trips to Atlantic City, and was a great cook who especially loved cooking for his family.
He was a caring, loving husband and father who was extremely smart, sharp-witted, and always there for his family. Frank is survived by his wife, BettyAnn Gimbrone nee Stayduhar, children JoAnne Tardiff and husband Patrick, DiAnne Richardson and husband David, Michael Filsinger, Frankie Gimbrone and wife Tiana, grandchildren Jaclyn and husband Joseph, Angela, Donnie, Daniel, Christian, Hailey, and Madison, great-grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews, and sisters Vivian Elliott and Leona Coville. He was preceded in death by his father, Frank Joseph Gimbrone, mother Olympia Mantellino, step-mother Marguerite Gimbrone, and sisters Mary Ann Bott and Peggy Henry.

Visitation will be held on Thursday March 21 from 4 pm until the time of the service at 6:30 pm with Military Honors at the Damiano Funeral Home in Long Branch.
