Frank Holt Obituary
Frank I. Holt, III, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, July 30, 2025 at his home. He was born May 9, 1952 in Hartford; the son of the late Frank and Shirley (Pulver) Holt.
Frank worked for many years before retirement in the Receiving Department at Electric Motion. He enjoyed camping, hanging out with his friends at the Winsted News Store discussing events of the day and sports over coffee and playing video games with his nephews. He also enjoyed NASCAR, was an avid Boston Red Sox and New York Giants fan and going to basketball and baseball games with his cousin Bob to watch Bob's grandchildren play. Frank loved spending time with his family.
He is survived by his close sister, Lorene Peck and husband Gary of Winsted; niece and nephews, Candy, Chad and Travis; great niece and nephews, Kanon, Tanner, Emmie and Asher; and close cousin, Robert Emerson and wife Joan of New Hartford.
Graveside services will be held on Wednesday, August 6, 2025 at Center Cemetery, Grove Street, Winsted at 11 AM. There will be no calling hours. Montano-Shea Funeral Home, 922 Main Street, Winsted has care of the arrangements. Visit an online guestbook at montano-shea.com.
