William “Frank” James, 66, of St. George, GA passed away Wednesday, May 14 at Hospice Satilla in Waycross, GA following a brief illness. He was born March 25, 1959 in Jacksonville, FL to the late Charles James and Doris Dugger James. Frank loved being outside, fishing and riding his 4-wheeler. He was a man that loved working with his hands, from whittling to being a mechanic.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife: Betty Jean James; and twin brother: Ricky James.
He is survived by his life partner: Barbara Hicks; his daughters: Dawn James and Lisa (Jason) King; 2-brothers: David James and Eddie James; many grandchildren and great grandchildren and his beloved furbaby: Gigi.
A Celebration of Life will be held Saturday, May 24 at Shepard-Roberson Funeral Home in Folkston, GA at 2:00 PM.
