Frank Andrew “Andy” Kaiser, 76, of Orlando, Florida, passed away peacefully on December 18, 2025, following a brief illness. Born on November 20, 1949, in Miami, Florida, to the late Frank A. Kaiser and Elizabeth Bozeman Kaiser, Andy grew up embodying the values of integrity, service, and kindness that would define his life.
A 1968 graduate of Oak Ridge High School and later of Florida Southern College, Andy answered his country’s call by serving in the United States Air Force during the Vietnam Era. His commitment to service continued at home—25 years with the Orange County Sheriff’s Office as a Deputy Sheriff and later another decade with the Department of Homeland Security, serving proudly with TSA at the Orlando International Airport.
Andy loved people and had a story for every occasion – some real, some legendary, all memorable and always told with his signature humor and warmth. To know him was to love him. A proud member of the Harley Davidson Owners Group (HOG), Andy relished the freedom of the open road—riding to Key West, exploring the mountains of North Georgia, Tennessee, and North Carolina, and even panning for gold in Alaska. He was an avid collector of coins, cars, tools, baseball cards, Harley-Davidson T-shirts, and law enforcement memorabilia. Above all, Andy deeply loved his country and the flag that symbolized it.
He is survived by his sister, Karen E. Kaiser, family and by countless friends who will remember his generosity, steadfast faith, and quiet strength. A Celebration of Life will be held on January 9, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. at Church of the Drive, 1941 Edgewater Drive, Orlando, FL 32804. The OCSD Honor Guard will present the flag, with refreshments to follow. Interment will take place at a later date.
