Frank Herman LaJeunesse, 52, passed away peacefully in his sleep on November 2, 2025, due to health conditions.

Born on November 9, 1972, in Lander, Wyoming, to the late Herman Joseph LaJeunesse Jr. (aka JR) and Zelda Tillman, he grew up in the Fort Washakie, Hudson, and Crowheart areas. He was enrolled in the Eastern Shoshone Tribe. He graduated in 1991 from Lander Valley High School.

He married Alicia Brossman in 1994 but later divorced. In this marriage, they had three children. He had various roofing jobs and later had his own company, retiring due to his health.

He enjoyed sports-football, basketball, hunting-and playing pool with his brother and friends. He loved family gatherings.

He is survived by his children: Alex (Jordan) Pfennig of Montana, Braxton LaJeunesse of Maine, Jett (Eddie S.) LaJeunesse of Ohio, and three grandchildren: Henley and Lennon Pfennig, and Arlo Sky Sherman; and a son, Michael J.

On his maternal side, he is survived by his mother, Zelda Tillman; his siblings Priscilla Snipe, Lance LaJeunesse, Denver, and Cody John; his nephews Damon and Jevon Grant, Quentin Snipe, Dante Billsie, Jeremy and Lance LaJeunesse Jr., Denver John Jr., Denito J., Alejandro, and Brooklyn John; his nieces Devona Billsie, Antoinette F., Tessa G., Sherice and Destiny LaJeunesse, Denveryanna, Cianna, and Rhianna John, Evie and Rayette John; his aunties Sandra Tillman and Patricia Tillman; his uncle Leland Tillman; his cousins whom he grew up with-Clinton, Tom, and Jerry Tillman, Carlita (Juan) Rodriguez, Guy, Willis, Andrea, and Keri St. Clair-and many other relatives.

On his paternal side, he is survived by his siblings Jesse (Denise), Aretha, and Angel LaJeunesse; his nephew, Korbin, and niece Ricochet Bald Eagle. His aunties Gail (Pat) Washakie, Ellen (Lee) Giles, Edith Johnson, and Vicki (Chester) Giles; his uncle Leo (Violet) LaJeunesse; Troy and Brandy LaJeunesse; and many other relatives.

He was predeceased on his maternal side by his grandparents Frank Burton and Marjorie H. Tillman; his uncles Lloyd, Lee, and Rueben Tillman; his aunt Adrienne Tillman; his cousins Johann Tillman, Duane Day, and Marty Tillman; and his grandmothers Bessie Tidzump, Lizzie Panzetanga, and Doe Hebah.

On his paternal side, he was preceded in death by his grandparents Herman Joseph and Racheal LaJeunesse; his uncles George and Lester LaJeunesse; and his aunties Martha R., Barbara P., Patsy L., and Lillian B.

Frank Herman LaJeunesse will be taken to his mother Zelda Tillman's residence at 422 Trout Creek Road on November 9, 2025, for his wake. His services will be held at the Rock Hall on November 10, 2025, at 10:00 a.m., officiated by Arlen Shoyo. He will be taken to Sacajawea Cemetery, where he will be laid to rest. The family will provide a meal and a giveaway.
