Frank S. Lauretti III, 56, formerly of Bristol, CT passed away on Friday, November 22, 2024 at his home in Clermont, Florida. Frank was born in Bristol, CT on April 24, 1968 the son of the late Frank S. Lauretti Jr. and Carol (Parent) Lauretti. Frank was a dedicated veteran and language enthusiast. A 1986 graduate of St. Paul Catholic High School, Frank pursued a path of military service, joining the United States Army followed by service in the National Guard. During his military career, he was stationed in Monterey, CA and Honolulu, HI. He distinguished himself by becoming fluent in Russian after intensive training at the Defense Language Institute, a testament to his intellectual curiosity and dedication. Following his military service, Frank explored diverse career opportunities, including tenure at The Walt Disney Company. Frank is survived by his sisters Christine (Lauretti) and Richard Masotti, Jr. of Harwinton, CT and Jennifer Lauretti-Robbins and Michael Robbins of Southborough, MA and their children Benjamin and Josiah Robbins. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Saturday, December 21, 2024 at 10am at St. Patrick's Church, 50 Church Street, Collinsville, CT. Burial will follow in St. Joseph's Cemetery, Bristol, CT. A visitation will be held Saturday morning, December 21, 2024, at 9:30am at St. Patrick Church. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Frank's memory to Tunnel to Towers Foundation (T2T.org) or the CT Humane Society, 701 Russell Rd, Newington, CT 06111.
