Passed away peacefully at home. Predeceased by his wife, Joyce E. Mirabella, his mother Phyllis Campanella Mirabella, his father Charles J. Mirabella and his sister Theresa R. Mirabella. He is survived by his five daughters: Gina (Brad Wilson) Mirabella and Laura (E.J.) Durgin (from a previous marriage), Kristen (David) Parnell, Lisa (Matt) Quirk and Sharon (Jim) Hughes. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren.
Frank graduated from the Rochester Institute of Technology with a Bachelor's of Science in Clinical Chemistry and received a Masters of Biochemistry from the University of Rochester. He was a Biochemist at the University of Rochester, Eastman Kodak and Johnson & Johnson. After he retired from Johnson & Johnson, he delved into a second career as a tax preparer with Jackson Hewitt.
Calling hours, ending with a short service, will be held Saturday, May 13th, 2023 from 9:30AM to 11:30AM at Paul W. Harris Funeral Home, 570 Kings Highway South, Rochester. Interment to follow at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, 2461 Lake Avenue, Rochester. In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to the American Lung Association.
