Dr. Noonan was a caring, warm and competent doctor. It's been over two years and I haven't found another doctor whose treatment has been as positive as Dr. Noonan's treatment. His absence is a great loss to southcentral PA.

It has been 2 years and time doesn't make it better. I miss him, as their has never been a doctor and friend like him. I will always remember him saying to me when I said something- than I said, oh I guess I shouldn't have said that. His response was, you can say anything you want to me. I was shocked for NO ONE has ever said that to me before. That was our Dr. Noonan. You are greatly missed by many. Gloria Fisher

No one can replace him as a Lyme physician. It took me a long time to find a doctor who had the same values and ability to diagnose and successfully treat Lyme. It everyone is by the book. Hope his family are all doing fine.

I am heartbroken after hearing the news of Dr. Noonan´s passing. After many years of suffering from hormonal imbalance, a friend recommended visiting Dr. Noonan´s practice. After the fist visit I new I was happy and relieved that I finally found the physician I needed. He was absolutely professional and compassionate. I am truly going to miss this gentleman that not only found the right medication for my condition but was a delight to visit and talk to. He will be deeply missed.
My heartfelt condolences to his family, friends and patients. Peace and comfort from the Lord our God.

I was heartbroken to hear about Frank's passing. He was my Uncle. My cousins are his kids, Sean and Courtney. I have such great memories of his infectious laugh and his tap dancing for my sister and I when we were kids. My thoughts and prayers go out to his family and all those that loved him. Rest in peace, Uncle Frank. God speed.

I am so sorry for your loss. This is a loss for all of us who were patients of Dr. Noonan and loved him. He truly saved my life and I owe him more than I can say. He cared about his patients and tried to solve the mysteries that we seemed to show up with. He will be forever missed.

Very sorry to hear this sad news. Dr Noonan cured both me and my wife Beth of Babesia that had been missed by several other Lyme/ tick-borne disease specialists. We are both forever grateful to him for giving us our lives back.

A Pioneer of Love....
He told me just the other day when I was in to see him that he didn't want to retire. He said that he had learned of some new and miraculous treatments for cancer that he felt God wanted him to share with others. He felt his work was his ministry. He had a vision, passion and love for people that flowed from his heart and drove him forward. He had and gave kindness and love to all who knew him and especially to those who needed him. He always made time for us. He always made time for others. It was only his loving wife and staff that would kindly remind him that there were no more hours in the day.
How do you say goodbye to a friend and doctor who became such an integrate part of your family's life. He did so much for us. I had fought Lyme disease for fourteen years. It had devastated me, put me in the hospital, but he never gave up on me. He specialized in Lyme and today I play ball, run, jump and climb with my grandchildren. My husband, I, and my daughter all had bad cases of Covid during the pandemic. It never deterred him as he worked diligently in providing us the care we needed. He told me later that he truly thought that Mike was not going to make it, that he had done all that he could for him, and that he believed God had brought him through it all. He was a pioneer. I called him "Patch Adams". But most of all, he was our friend and that is the part that will be hardest to let go of. We will always remember his smile and his soft chuckle, but it is his courage, love, passion, kindness and vision that will remain with us forever. Rest now, our dear friend. You are in the arms of Him who loves you most. May God strengthen, love and carry your dear family during this time. Our love and prayers~~Marty, Mike and family.

I am so deeply saddened to learn about Dr Noonan´s passing. He was such a bright light in the Lyme community and he not only served, but inspired and gave hope to so many suffering with this disease. He sang and laughed his way through life and he cared so deeply about all his patients. The world has lost a very special person. So many heavy hearts. Wishing the Noonan family peace and love at this very difficult time. Prayers for you, Dori, Maddi and Marsha ...
