Frank Joseph Ortley, age 35, of Columbia Heights Journeyed to the Spirit World on Friday, October 28, 2022.
He was born on April 16, 1987 in Detroit Lakes the son of Carlos Rivera and Lisa Ortley.
Frank was formerly employed as a roofer.
Survived by his mother: Lisa Ortley; father: Rene Cordero; children: Lucio, Julianna, Caiden, Melodie, Aleena and Antonio; siblings: Joanna Cordero, Juana Davila, Antonio Rivera and Sherry Rivera; extended siblings: Roberta Flyinghorse, Natosha White, Kevin Bruce Jr., Michael Bruce, Marcus Rainey, Andreas Castillo, Jorge Castillo, Luis Hernandez-Cruz; aunties, uncles, nieces and nephews: Hailey Garcia, Kaitlyn Flyinghorse, "Jordan" Cordero-Daniels, Reiko Sanchez-Cordero, Ranae Cordero, Emiliano Sanchez-Davila, Dallas "Snooty" Foote, Dallas "Bosko" Quinn, Alana Wilson, Michael Bruce Jr., Kaden Bruce, Bravery Bruce, Andre Haywood, Derek Bruce, Tinan Trudell, Cruz Trudell, Nisiah Graves, Sylas Sam-Graves and Kimimela Trudell; aunties: Nancy "Arturo" Navarro, Andrea Ortley, Stephanie Ortley; special aunties Teresa Lynn Ortley & Sage Trudell; uncle: James Allen Ortley; many other relatives and friends.
Preceded in death by his grandparents Sylvia Ortley and Samuel Roberts, brothers Lucio Juan Davila, Joshua Bruce, the only love of his life Jessica Alm, uncle Samuel David Ortley, godparents Frank Curtis Ortley and Joanne Ortley, great grandparents Steven Ortley Sr. and Ione Ortley; niece Mia Ortley; cousins Christopher Ortley, Dion Ortley & Tyler Townsend.
All Night wakes will be held on Thursday, November 3rd and Friday, November 4th at The American Indian Center.
Funeral Services for Frank Ortley will be held on Saturday, November 5th, 2022 at 12 Noon at The American Indian Center in Minneapolis.
Interment will follow at Hillside Cemetery in Minneapolis at 1:30 P.M.

Casket Bearers: Maximilian Haywood, Jordan Cordero-Daniels, Luis Hernandez-Cruz, Bryan Sam, Collin Goodwin Jr., Andre Amos, Jonathan Weyaus, Darian Weyaus, James D. Ortley and Chris Couillard.
Chilson Funeral Home, Winsted assisted the family with funeral arrangements.
