Frank J. Passen, age 81. Passed away peacefully on Easter Sunday, March 31, 2024. Beloved husband of Susanne Passen for 56 years. Loving father of Chris Passen (Myia), Courtenay Bradstreet (James), Kyle Passen (Digna) and Duckie to Isadora; Papa to Elin and Eldon. Beloved brother-in-law, uncle, and friend to many. Frank was an avid golfer, builder, and basement mechanic. He graduated from the Illinois Institute of Technology and was a member of the Triangle Fraternity. Frank was a well-respected member of the automotive coatings industry. He grew up in Chicago and loved the Bears, but learned to love all Cleveland sports even through the dark years.
