Frank was a member of the United States Marine Corps and a retired government employee. Later in life, Frank owned several real estate agencies and he was an assessor for Allegheny county.
Family and friends will gather for a funeral service on Monday, March 31, 2025 at 12:00pm at Pittsburgh Cremation and Funeral Care 5405 Steubenville Pike Robinson Township, PA 15136. Committal Prayers will follow at Christ Our Redeemer Cemetery 204 Cemetery Lane Ross Township, PA 15237.
