Stanley M. Pinelli

83, of Coventry, passed away surrounded by his loving family on Thursday, September 26, 2024. He was the beloved husband of the late Janice (Stabile) Pinelli. Born in Cranston, he was the son of the late Sandy and Mary (Cipalone) Pinelli. Stanley was a produce manager for 22 years at Stop & Shop. Afterwards he became a manager for 25 years at Flood Ford before retiring. Stanley was known for his kindness and generosity by all who knew him. He was loved by his family and friends and will be deeply missed. 

Stanley was the loving father of Ruth Furia and her husband the late John Furia, Steve Pinelli, and Lisa Vieira and her husband David. Cherished grandfather of eight and adored great grandfather of eight. Brother of Billy Pinelli, Bobby Pinelli, Michael Pinelli, and the late Marie Pickering. Stanley was also predeceased by his wife Lucia (Lancellotti) Pinelli. 

Visiting hours will be held on Thursday, October 3, 2024, from 8:30-10:00 a.m. in the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME & Crematory, 1278 Park Avenue, Cranston, followed by his Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 a.m. in St. Rocco’s Church, Johnston. Burial will be held in St. Ann Cemetery.
