He was predeceased by a daughter, Glendora Annette Sims Brantley, siblings, Doris Reeder and George Reeder.
He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Mabel Sims Reeder, Hillside, NJ; children, Tyrone (Natalie) Senn, Newberry, SC, Bernice and Sharon Reeder, Newark, NJ, Cynthia R. (Hernandez) Thomas, Hillside, NJ, Frank Reeder III aka Junior, Newark, NJ; ten grandchildren, twelve great-grandchildren; sisters include his twin, Frances R. Dewalt, Newberry, SC, Ida M. and Bessie Reeder, Columbia, SC; brother, James A. (Denise) Reeder, Norristown, PA, one uncle, Daniel (Betty) Reuben, one aunt, Sarah Reuben; a host of nieces, nephews, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, cousins, and friends.
Funeral services will be held on Friday, August 1, 2025 at 11:00 AM at Randall Chapel UFBC, 115 Oliver Street, Newark, NJ. Burial will follow at Evergreen Cemetery 1137 N. Broad Street, Hillside NJ at 1:00 PM. Visitation will be on Thursday, July 31, 2025 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM and Friday, August 1, 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Randall Chapel UFBC.
