Frank passed away unexpectedly at home on December 15, 2024, in
Taft, CA. He was born in McKeesport, PA to Paul E Rosche and Sar a "Sally" Gilmore Rosche also deceased. Frank is survived by his wife of 42 years Sandra "Sandy" Rosche, of
Taft, CA his son Paul A Rosche, of Sweetwater, TX daughters Desirae and husband, Justin Baker of Orcutt, CA and Loni Richardson of
Taft, CA. Frank was a proud and amazing Papa to Frank A Rosche, Miley Rosche, Heath Baker, Brookly Richardson, Madalyn Richardson, Brody Rosche, Hadley Baker, Payzlee Bryant, and Harper Rosche. He is also survived by his bonus son and grandson RJ and Beau Richardson of
Taft, CA his sister Raynea Rosche, of Orcutt, CA sister-in-law Kelly and husband, Wayne Hummel of Orcutt, CA, nieces and nephew Richanna Bingham of Santa Maria, CA, Sadye Hummel of Orcutt, CA and Jacob Hummel of Irvine, CA. His uncles and aunts Raymond Rosche of San Jose, CA, Fran Hall of Daingerfield, TX, Jack Rosche of Elizabeth, PA, Ron Rosche of Elizabeth, PA, Anne Rosche of Sunnyvale, CA, and Sally Shaner of Elizabeth, PA. Frank is preceded in death by his parents Paul and Sara Rosche, his granddaughter Zoey Rosche, his in-laws Brenda and Norman Silveria and his best friend growing up Bobby Lucas. Frank had many friends that he loved dearly, some of his longest and best friends are Kathy and Bob Helton, Malinda Nelson, Troy Scott, Debbie and Kurt Eberspeaker all of Michigan and Mike Gauthier of Texas. Frank had a strong work ethic, learning early in life from his dad. He started his career as a proud oilfield man with Getty Oil and retired 31 years later with Shell Pipeline as a San Joaquine Valley Measurement Analyst. Frank was not ready for retirement but soon later bought property in Michigan where he got to hunt with his wife, son, son-in-law's, grandkids and hung out with his wife and friends at the Hotel. Frank was also known as MacGyver because he could fix anything. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, being with family and friends, and most of all being with his grandkids hunting, fishing, being at their activities or just sitting around watching shows with them. Frank was the rock of his family. He was a loving husband, dad, papa, son, uncle, brother, nephew, and a true friend. He will greatly be missed by so many. There will be a celebration of life held at the Taft Moose Lodge January 11, 2025 at 2:00PM. The family would like to thank Anita, David and family for being our rock during this difficult time.
