He is preceded in death by his wife Janet Fay "Shorty" Voigt Tuttle and parents Teresa Tuttle and Bert Tuttle. He is survived by his children Babet Motes and Frank E. Tuttle IV and his wife Tammy; grandchildren Frank E. Tuttle V and his wife Kailie, Carson Wayne and his fiancé Londyn White, Kolten Henry Motes and his fiancé Taylor Bailiff and Shelby Mae Motes; one great-grandchild Harley Mae and brother Hugh Tuttle and his wife Diane.
Frank will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.
Graveside Service will be held on Monday, January 22, 2024 at 10:00 a.m. at San Jose Burial Park.
Due to rain forecasted for Monday, we encourage everyone to please bring an umbrella as a precaution.
