Frank was born on August 12, 1971 in Big Spring to Ruth & Preciliano Viera. He was a lifetime resident of Big Spring.
Frank worked security at Crossroads. He was loving and everyone called him "Frank the Tank". He loved to cook, dance, and sing. He was the life of the party and enjoyed spending time with his kids and grandkids.
Frank is survived by 4 children: Adrian Contreras (Kassie) of Odessa, Miranda Mier (Alejandro). Ira Viera (Jesus Chavera), & Francisco Viera (Rey Mills); 4 granddaughters; 5 grandsons; mom: Ruth Viera; 3 brothers: Boy Viera, Rudy Viera. & Andy Viera; best friends: Jennifer Gamble, Andre & Tony Grimes; several nieces, nephews, uncles, & aunts; and his fur babies: Diamond & Stone; and many friends were like family from Crossroads and Boogie Nights.
Frank was preceded in death by his dad: Preciliano Viera and wife: Mary Bell Contreras.
