Frank Zinna Obituary
He grew up in Hammond, Louisiana, where he built the foundation of his strong work ethic, deep faith, and love for family. Over the years, he lived in Chattanooga, Tennessee, before spending his final days in Ringgold, Georgia. A devoted Christian, Frank loved the Lord and lived his life guided by his faith. He was a loving and hardworking man with a great sense of humor. Always trying to make people smile. He found joy in the simple things - watching LSU Tigers and Tennessee Vols college football on Saturdays. Spending time outdoors, fishing, gardening, caring for animals, and making memories with those he loved most.
Frank was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Glenda Sue Zinna, as well as his parents, Joseph Zinna and Josephine Zinna.
He is survived by his children: Frankie Zinna, Linnie Zinna, Joey Zinna, Michael Zinna, Stacy Storino, and Travis Zinna. He is also survived by his grandchildren: Corey Zinna, Robin Zinna, Lahayla Zinna, Alyssa Gutierrez, Jacob Zinna, Megan Zinna Paige Zinna, Mathew Zinna, Kaylin Zinna, Cody Zinna, Austin Zinna, Aiden Storino, and Parker Zinna. And his great-grandchildren: Chloe Zinna, Olivia Zinna, Trey Smith, Beauxx Rayborn, Mingo Gutierrez, Mathew Gutierrez, Tatum Rayborn, Levi Zinna, Cayden Posey, Noah Zinna, Aspen Zinna, Cohen Zinna, Elijah Zinna, Everleigh Zinna, Adley Walston, Emma Zinna, and Ellie Walston. Frank's life was rooted in faith, family, and love. His laughter, strength, and steady presence will be deeply missed but forever remembered by those who knew and loved him.
The family will receive friends from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM on Wednesday, February 25, 2026. at Heritage Funeral Home, East Brainerd Rd Chattanooga, TN.
The family will have a private Graveside service.
