Franklin J "Frank or Frankie" Hardage, 71 o McAlester died February 21, 2025 in Tulsa.

Franklin J was born to Luke and Imogene (Gray) Hardage on June 2, 1953, in Holdenville, Oklahoma. He grew up in Atwood and graduated from Allen High School in 1971. He worked as a general laborer, doing carpentry work with his dad, painting and he especially enjoyed yard work and mowing lawns.
Frank loved to keep up with the weather, consulting the Farmer's Almanac, and visiting with his neighbors. He loved shopping at the Dollar Store, where he bought suckers for his favorite ladies.
He attended the Kings House/Dream City Church in McAlester.
Frank was preceded in death by his parents, Luke and Imogene Hardage; brothers, Tony Hardage, Harold Hardage, Bill Hardage, Charles Hardage, sister, Drucilla Foster, and grandparents, Alice and Hood Hardage and Frank and Beryl Gray.
He is survived by sisters, Rebecca "Becky" Davis of McAlester, Dorinda Pool of Bartlesville, Gail Hall of Rapid City, South Dakota; brother, Sam Hardage and wife, Tonja of Cleburne, Texas; sister-in-law, Carolyn Hardage of Tucson, Arizona; brother-in-law, Ron Foster of Duncanville, Texas; numerous nieces, nephews, other family members and friends.
Frank never drove a car, voted in elections, owned a home or caused much of a fuss, but he made an everlasting mark on the lives of all who knew him.
Frank will be missed but not forgotten.
