Franklin Lovely Obituary
Franklin was born December 1, 1934, in Salyersville, Kentucky, the son of the late Corbett Lovely and Carrie (Williams) Lovely.
He is survived by two sisters, Darlene Gibson of Corpus Christi, Texas, and Drema Banta of Cincinnati; and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his parents; two sisters, Maleine Davis, and Anne Lovely; and a brother, Bob Lovely.
He was a graduate of The Ohio State University and served in the United States Army. Belvedere spent time traveling the country and eventually returned home to help manage the Rapp Hollow family farm.
Funeral services will be held 1:00 p.m., Saturday, September 13, 2025, at Boyer Funeral Home, Waverly, Ohio with Mike Williams officiating. Burial will follow at Mound Cemetery, Piketon, Ohio.
The family will receive friends from 12:00 p.m. until the beginning of the service on Saturday at the funeral home.
