Funeral Services will be held on Tuesday, July 1st at 12:00 Noon at Friendship Missionary Baptist Church. Burial: Cumberland Memorial Gardens
There will be a viewing on Monday, June 30th from 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the funeral home. Family will receive friends from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM.
He is survived by: wife, Clara Parker McNeil; son, Michael V. McNeil; daughters, Dawn Maria McNeil and Marsha Pittman; brothers, Edward Lee McNeill and Malloy McNeill; sisters, Lena Bell Wilson, Thelma McNeill and Janet James; three(3) grandchildren; and a host of other family and friends.

Frank was an Assistant Principal at Douglas Bryd Jr. High when I was a first year teacher there. He treated his colleagues and students with respect and kindness. He was a very fine man. May he rest in peace.
